International Airport Vs Fertile Land:Saharanpur

AirportVsFertileLand:Saharanpur
Is The decision of the State Government to construct an airport by acquiring fertile agriculture lands (eg: Gangoh (Saharanpur UP)) is in favor of people living their or not?
While the change in the political equations between the Centre and the Mayawati government in UP is likely to signal a burial for the chief minister's most ambitious projects, the 5000-crore Greenfield Taj international aviation hub in Jewar, it is also likely to put two more international airports, one in Gangoh (Saharanpur) and the other one in Kushinagar on the backburner. We are supposed to get a fully functioning, brand new international airports in UP Jewer (Greater Noida), Kushinagar and Gangoh (Saharanpur UP) as per recent visit of Saharanpur UP. While the initial concept report for the Gangoh international airport is ready, the consulting agency is testing the feasibility of Kushinagar international airport, government sources confirmed. “The way, the Jewar airport is part of Taj Expressway project, Gagoh will be a part of the proposed 250 km, eight-laned Ghaziabad-Saharanpur-Dehradun Hindan Expressway, whereas the proposal to have an international airport in Kushinagar revolves around the acute need to cater to the heavy rush of international tourists visiting Kushinagar, which is at the centre of the Buddhist circuit”, confirmed a senior government officer.
This new airport is supposed to come up near Gangoh (Saharanpur UP) at a site 150 kilometres away from the existing airport at IGIA Delhi. This is an ambitious project which will cost at least a billion dollars. In the new era of public private partnerships, the airport will be mostly funded by the private sector, with a small contribution from the central government-controlled Airports Authority and UP Industrial Development Authority.

The airport requires a huge amount of land, since it will have many runways of almost 5 km each, and a large terminal and cargo storage area. The new airport would need to acquire 11 square kilometres (ie, 1,100 hectares) of land. The land acquisition responsibility lies mostly with the government. This is the first big headache for this project. That’s because we are in a region which has seen fierce resistance against land acquisition for an SEZ.
Benefit:
1) The Gangoh international airport will benefit six states: Haryana, Chandigarh, Himachal Pradesh, Delhi, Uttaranchal and UP. “There is no major airport within 150 to 200 kilometre of Delhi, even for domestic flights'', he said quoting from the report.
2) This project will Give fame and name to Saharanpur in the field of aviation and development
3) This project may be create lot of employment in this area and good infrastructure for future.
Drawback ::
Over all it is good point has been take from Chief minister Mayawati ji but the area Gangoh (Saharanpur UP) where this airport has been proposed is very fertile land and It is clear that for making a airport we required at least 11 square kilometer area (vast fertile area of Ganagoh) which means it need lot of land for this airport and may be vanish 50+ nearby village for making this project. Is it correct way to do this project???
Is The decision of the State Government to construct an airport by acquiring fertile agriculture lands (eg: Gangoh (Saharanpur UP)) is in favor of people living their or not?
Saharanpur is famous for it agriculture land, sugar , wood, paper mills and mangos. If government try to acquire this fertile land for airport it is not good for the people of Saharanpur for agriculture point of view but it can give Saharanpur fame and development. In India very less land is good for agriculture and if destroy it, it will create a huge problem in future. I think government is committing a major blunder by identifying fertile lands to construct the airport. It is not good to acquiring agricultural lands of farmers forcibly at a time when the country was facing food scarcity. The government had no moral right to acquire fertile lands of farmers forcefully in the name of development. There might be vast track of barren lands in nearby places, noted that the government should think of building the airport in barren lands even if it were to be a little far from main city. The Government on the one hand wanted to protect the lands in the Green Belt and on the other, it harped on “grabbing” fertile agriculture lands. We request our honorable chief minister Mayawati’s government find some other “barren” land for the airport and create this great project.
The state government will acquire land from nearby villages compulsorily, at a fraction of its market value, although the Bill to amend the Land Acquisition Act, requires companies henceforth purchase land from willing buyers through negotiation, as the Punjab government is doing for Chandigarh’s international airport. Had UP government will do so, it would have been forced to take a much closer look at how much additional land is really requires (very little, if any at all). It would have taken into account the true cost and economic value of land, and the need to minimize displacement and choose the least displacing of available alternatives, as required by recent judgments of the Supreme Court.
Drawbacks:
1) Farmer will loss their land and occupation
2) Loss of fertile land cause food problem as well as insecurity in the mind of local people and farmers
3) Due to loss of fertile land no sugar, no wood, no paper and no mangos means everything will ruined
4) Saharanpur will los it heritage and name due to agriculture
5) Environment problem will occur and pollution will increase and many problem will occur
Good move from the UP government for creating Hindon Expressway project.

The state government is all set to invite consultants for the 250-km Hindon Expressway project that will connect Ghaziabad to Dehradun and Haridwar.
The state chief secretary will hold a meeting next Monday to finalise the tender process. The eight-lane expressway — the first inter-state venture with no intervention by the Centre — is to be built jointly by the governments of Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
The officials of both states had met on June 30 to devise a joint strategy for the speedy construction of the expressway. Under the plan, it was decided that the Uttarakhand government would bear the cost of building the Saharanpur-Dehradun stretch of the expressway. The project has already got the nod from the environment ministry and it is likely to be constructed on a build, operate and transfer basis.
Though the aerial inspection for the expressway has been completed, the construction work is expected to begin only by the year-end.
This expressway will start from the border of the NCR at Noida/Ghaziabad. It will run along the banks of the river Hindon and on its way it will touch cities like Meerut, Baghpat, Muzaffarnagar and Kulesra (Saharanpur), which is at the UP-Uttarakhand border. From there, the expressway will be extended to Dehradun and Haridwar.
Once completed, Greater Noida will be have three state-of-the-art expressways named after three rivers Ganga, Yamuna and Hindon passing through the state.
At present, the traffic congestion is high on the Delhi-Dehradun highway, in spite of the road being widened. Since the work to widen the road is progressing at a snail’s pace, the Uttarakhand government showed interest in the state government’s proposal, said an official.
Please provide your valuable comment and view on the State Government to construct an airport by acquiring fertile agriculture lands is good or bad …
Thank You.

Who owns the Media in India @

Hi,

I have see this below article on internet and here I am adding some part of the article. This article was basically based own the ownership of people and politic parties and foreigners . I feel it is quite interesting and hope you will like it..(Writer is unknown)

Recent Gujarat election have witnessed unaccountable money paid to media persons of both, print and electronic by Saudi Arabia to discredit Modi and the Hindutva forces, which Media did very faithfully without success.

There are several major publishing groups in India , the most prominent among them being the Times of India Group, the Indian Express Group, the Hindustan Times Group, The Hindu group, the Anandabazar Patrika Group, the Eenadu Group, the Malayalam Manorama Group, the Mathrubhumi group, the Sahara group, the Bhaskar group, and the Dainik Jagran group.

Let us see the ownership of different media agencies.

NDTV: A very popular TV news media is funded by Gospels of Charity in Spain Supports Communism. Recently it has developed a soft corner towards Pakistan because Pakistan President has allowed only this channel to be aired in Pakistan . Indian CEO Prannoy Roy is co-brother of Prakash Karat, General Secretary of the Communist party of India His wife and Brinda Karat are sisters.

India Today which used to be the only national weekly who supported BJP is now bought by NDTV!! Since then the tone has changed drastically and turned into Hindu bashing.

CNN-IBN: This is 100 percent funded by Southern Baptist Church with its branches in all over the world with HQ in US. The Church annually allocates $800 million for promotion of its channel. Its Indian head is Rajdeep Sardesai and his wife Sagarika Ghosh.

Times group list:
Times Of India , Mid-Day, Nav-Bharth Times, Stardust, Femina, Vijay Times, Vijaya Karnataka, Times now (24- hour news channel) and many more.. Times Group is owned by Bennet & Coleman. 'World Christian Council does 80 percent of the Funding, and an Englishman and an Italian equally share balance 20 percent. The Italian Robertio Mindo is a close relative of Sonia Gandhi.

Star TV: It is run by an Australian, who is supported by St. Peters Pontifical Church Melbourne .

Hindustan Times: Owned by Birla Group, but hands have changed since Shobana Bhartiya took over. Presently it is working in Collaboration with Times Group.

The Hindu:
English daily, started over 125 years has been recently taken over by
Joshua Society, Berne , Switzerland . N.Ram's wife is a Swiss national.

Indian Express: Divided into two groups.
The Indian Express and new Indian Express (southern edition) ACTS Christian Ministries have major stake in the Indian Express and latter is still with the Indian counterpart.

Eeenadu: Still to date controlled by an Indian named Ramoji Rao.
Ramoji Rao is connected with film industry and owns a huge studio in
Andhra Pradesh .

Andhra Jyothi: The Muslim party of Hyderabad known as MIM along with a Congress Minister has purchased this Telugu daily very recently.

The Statesman: It is controlled by Communist Party of India.

Kairali TV: It is controlled by Communist party of India (Marxist)

Mathrubhoomi: Leaders of Muslim League and Communist leaders have major investment.

Asian Age and Deccan Chronicle: Is owned by a Saudi Arabian Company with its chief Editor M.J. Akbar.

Gujrat riots which took place in 2002 where Hindus were burnt alive,
Rajdeep Sardesai and Bharkha Dutt working for NDTV at that time got around 5 Million Dollars from Saudi Arabia to cover only Muslim victims which they did very faithfully. Not a single Hindu family was interviewed or shown on TV whose near and dear ones had been burnt alive, it is reported.

Tarun Tejpal of < < http://tehelka.com/ > Tehelka.com regularly gets flat check from Arab countries to target BJP, it is said.

The ownership explains the control of media in India by foreigners. The result is obvious.

PONDER OVER THIS. NOW YOU KNOW WHY EVERY ONE IS AGAINST TRUTH, HOW VERY SAD.

Discover the 90/10 principle in your life !!!

It will change your life (at least the way you react to situations). What is this principle? 10% of life is made up of what happens to you. 90% of life is decided by how you react. What does this mean? We really have no control over 10% of what happens to us.We cannot stop the car from breaking down. The plane will be late arriving, which throws our whole schedule off. A driver may cut us off in traffic. We have no control over this 10%. The other 90% is different. You determine the other 90%.How? ……….By your reaction. You cannot control a red light. but you can control your reaction. Don't let people fool you; YOU can control how you react.Let's use an example. You are eating breakfast with your family. Your daughter knocks over a cup of coffee onto your business shirt. You have no control over what just happened. What happens next will be determined by how you react. You curse. You harshly scold your daughter for knocking the cup over. She breaks down in tears. After scolding her, you turn to your spouse and criticize her for placing the cup too close to the edge of the table. A short verbal battle follows. You storm upstairs and change your shirt. Back downstairs, you find your daughter has been too busy crying to finish breakfast and get ready for school. She misses the bus.Your spouse must leave immediately for work. You rush to the car and drive your daughter to school. Because you are late, you drive 40 miles an hour. After a 15-minute delay and throwing $60 traffic fine away, you arrive at school. Your daughter runs into the building without saying goodbye. After arriving at the office 20 minutes late, you find you forgot your briefcase. Your day has started terrible. As it continues, it seems to get worse and worse. You look forward to coming home. When you arrive home, you find small wedge in your relationship with your spouse and daughter. Why? …. Because of how you reacted in the morning. Why did you have a bad day?A) Did the coffee cause it?B) Did your daughter cause it?C) Did the policeman cause it?D) Did you cause it?The answer is “D".You had no control over what happened with the coffee. How you reacted in those 5 seconds is what caused your bad day. Here is what could have and should have happened.Coffee splashes over you. Your daughter is about to cry. You gently say, "Its ok honey, you just need to be more careful next time". Grabbing a towel you rush upstairs. After grabbing a new shirt and your briefcase, you come back down in time to look through the window and see your child getting on the bus. She turns and waves. You arrive 5 minutes early and cheerfully greet the staff. Your boss comments on how good the day you are having.Notice the difference? Two different scenarios. Both started the same. Both ended different. Why?Because of how you REACTED.You really do not have any control over 10% of what happens. The other 90% was determined by your reaction. Here are some ways to apply the 90/10 principle. If someone says something negative about you, don't be a sponge. Let the attack roll off like water on glass. You don't have to let the negative comment affect you!React properly and it will not ruin your day. A wrong reaction could result in losing a friend, being fired, getting stressed out etc.How do you react if someone cuts you off in traffic? Do you lose your temper? Pound on the steering wheel? A friend of mine had the steering wheel fall off) Do you curse? Does your blood pressure skyrocket? Do you try and bump them?WHO CARES if you arrive ten seconds later at work? Why let the cars ruin your drive?Remember the 90/10 principle, and do not worry about it.You are told you lost your job.Why lose sleep and get irritated? It will work out. Use your worrying energy and time into finding another job.The plane is late; it is going to mangle your schedule for the day. Why take outpour frustration on the flight attendant? She has no control over what is going on.Use your time to study, get to know the other passenger. Why get stressed out? It will just make things worse. Now you know the 90-10 principle. Apply it and you will be amazed at the results. You will lose nothing if you try it. The 90-10 principle is incredible. Very few know and apply this principle. The result?Millions of people are suffering from undeserved stress, trials, problems and heartache. We all must understand and apply the 90/10 principle.

It CAN change your life!!!

Bangalore:The Innocent Woman

Life is a big obsession but we never care about it , we always ignore good moment, we laugh if someone talk about awful incident which happen in their life. We forget God but He knows and that’s why suddenly one day we will remember that there is someone who is watching us, sending signal that beware , anything can happen any time so love this precious life.

I am going share one of horrible incident of my life. I am working in Bangalore from last 2 year and I have to catch my bus from HP petrol pump Koremangla everyday, before that I used to come in cab which was provided by my employer. That time I was in second shift and I have to pick up my cab near from Madiwal bus stop at 1:30 pm everyday.

It was a usual Friday day , I wake up , had my breakfast and was planning to take my photograph from Kodak shop near to Forum, I think, time should be approximate 1:05 Pm, After that I have to pick my Cab also, so I was starting from my room and listening music on my ipod, usually which I like to do. I was near to Madiwal bus stop and just going to pass the Madiwala bus stop, I saw some people and school children are seating on the bus stop and waiting for bus. I saw that same time one bus came and they are trying to get into the bus, I just saw them and move ahead, I believe , I was 10-20 step away from the bus stop and listen a very huge and horrible sound, I was just seating on the same place and just move back , I saw huge smoke going on and one lady was falling on earth, people were standing tro and fro and no one going near to the woman, then one guy who also injured, was weeping and calling for help , later we know that he was her husband, The woman , was died on the spot, I was felling restless and fearful. Man was weeping and blood was falling from his head. Later police came and confirm it was a bomb blast which was posted near to bus stop. Same day there are 9 blast in Bangalore which killed two people and injured many. Whenever I go to Madiwala bus stop, I often remembering the woman, later in news paper I read , the woman and her husband was living in Bangalore past few year, they were from some near places of Bangalore and come in Bangalore for work. They both working in some company and that black Friday her husband got pain in his stomach and they went to St. Joseph Hospital for some medical test, but due to less money, they were not able to carried out the test and going home to bring money for test. They were waiting for bus at Madiwala bus stop where the whole incident happening. Whenever , I am going near to that Madiwala bus stop, I often think about that day and that “Innocent women”. What was her mistake, just a bad moment. God give her peace. The happen due to bad circumstances, we don’t know what will happen tomorrow, We can not know all these only God knows , so please never forget God. I still remember that “Woman” and I think, I will always. Now a days I have to catch bus from HP petrol pump and I have to cross the bus stop everyday and I always remember that bad day, As of Now BBMP destroy that bus stop due to constructing the road but still , when ever go there, I feel that someone is laying down on earth and asking us WHAT WAS MY MISTAKE…. And left lot of question for us??

Everyday God wake up us and telling do some good work before dying but everyday we neglect His instruction, we don’t know up to what time we are here, so please care for this valuable life and pay regards to God, for giving us this beautiful, charming and splendor world to live , It is in our hand that which type of world we want to make it “PEACEFUL or FEARFUL”…Choice in our Hand.

Have a great and cheerful life….
